A company is looking for a Program Manager to provide administrative and project management support for the Managing Director of Politics and Advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and streamline organizational systems to support daily operations and special projects
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and triage incoming communications for the Managing Director
• Plan, execute, and oversee special projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of executive-level administrative experience supporting high-profile individuals or political leaders
• Demonstrated commitment to equity and justice, with a background in politics or advocacy preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of effective planning and prioritization
• Proficiency in remote technology, including Google Suite and project management systems
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment
