Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project timelines, track progress, and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Draft communication documents and support change management strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of project management and/or change management experience
  • Knowledge of procurement systems (e.g., Zip, Ironclad, Coupa)
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations, process documents, and SOPs
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and training design is a plus
