Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Design, Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and scale the RCM design organization, including structure and quality standards
• Guide cross-functional peers through high-stakes tradeoffs and advocate for high-quality design
• Drive design excellence across billing, claims, payments, and eligibility flows

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design, with 5+ years at the director or senior director level
• Experience leading design for finance or regulated SaaS platforms
• Deep expertise in organizational design and team development
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with VP+ audiences
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, FigJam, and Miro
