Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Design System Designer to take ownership of design systems and contribute to product design initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the design system in Figma, including components, patterns, and usage guidelines
• Develop comprehensive documentation and resources for design teams to scale the system effectively
• Collaborate with product designers and engineers to enhance and create new components in the design system

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on design systems
• Deep expertise in Figma, including components, variables, and libraries
• Experience building and maintaining design systems across cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
• Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to work independently
