Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Contract Manager to oversee contract management and ensure compliance with internal and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure contract performance and ensure adherence to SLAs
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to analyze performance and implement strategic initiatives
• Lead process improvement projects and manage the daily activities of the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance management is preferred
• Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational targets
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
