Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to align organizational goals related to culture, staffing, recruitment, and retention
• Plan, develop, and implement policies and training to support compliance and strategic needs
• Oversee human resource programs, including performance management, talent management, and occupational health and safety

Required Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of human resource management experience with progressive career growth
• 5 to 8 years of experience with HRM systems; administrative experience with Paylocity preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Ability to advance an inclusive employee culture in a remote work environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
