A company is looking for a Director of Email Marketing Retention Lifecycle Loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle strategy and automation roadmap
• Build logic-driven journeys across various marketing platforms
• Own platform performance reporting, journey audits, and continuous improvement cycles

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in retention/lifecycle marketing, preferably in DTC or eCommerce
• Proven success in scaling personalized multi-channel journeys
• Deep knowledge of platforms like Klaviyo, Attentive, and Braze
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in RFM and churn prediction
• Experience with subscription, mobile-first, or hybrid products
