Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director / Senior Director of Engineering - Data Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, and operations of the data platform, focusing on data processing at scale
• Own the vision and roadmap for the data platform, delivering core capabilities and driving efficiency through generative AI
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of engineers while fostering an inclusive engineering culture

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Expertise in architecting and scaling data platforms and distributed systems
• Strong background in cloud-native data technologies (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Spark, Kafka)
• Experience in developing generative AI solutions for data pipelines and automation
• Proven ability to lead high-performing engineering teams in regulated data environments
