Senior Solar Troubleshooting Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solar & Storage Remote Troubleshooting Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Remotely restore inverters and storage systems through resets and parameter changes
• Create detailed work orders and document diagnostics when remote restoration fails
• Support live troubleshooting by guiding field technicians and collaborating with fleet teams

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of field troubleshooting experience on GE or PE inverters
• Advanced experience using OEM software such as GE HDM or SMA Sunny Central
• Strong understanding of DC field systems
