Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Digital Design & UX.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall digital design and UX vision
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UX designers while overseeing project prioritization
• Guide the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring mobile-first and accessible experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Digital Media, or related field (master's preferred)
• 8+ years of professional experience in digital design and UX, with 3-4 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of leading design teams in a digital agency or eCommerce environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of design systems and user experiences
• Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms is highly advantageous
