Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data & Development who will lead high-performing teams and deliver innovative solutions in the Information Technology department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, build, and manage a team of data personnel and developers
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for data analytics and system development
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data platforms and analytical tools

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years managing data and application development teams
• Significant experience with LLMs, machine learning, and conversational AI
• Proven experience in architecting and delivering complex data solutions in a high-growth environment
• Deep expertise in data warehousing concepts and modern analytic tools
• Hands-on experience with SQL and proficiency in at least one modern programming language
