Claims Reporting Analytics Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Reporting Analytics Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Claims department leaders to identify and fulfill complex reporting and data needs
• Lead the development of a robust data infrastructure by collaborating with Data Engineering
• Prepare reports for senior leadership and respond to ad-hoc data requests from Claims leadership

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial or operational reporting, data analytics, or a related field
• Strong familiarity with the Claims and Insurance industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Power BI
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI software suites
• Understanding of actuarial concepts and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
