Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the quantitative framework that defines participant pool health
• Analyze and optimize economic levers of the platform, including incentives and pricing strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive participant engagement and retention strategies

Required Qualifications

• Experience in modeling and analyzing complex systems, such as marketplaces or economic platforms
• Strong background in building measurement systems and analytical frameworks
• Experience with human behavioral data and projects involving human feedback for AI
• Solid software engineering fundamentals with expertise in Python/R, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks
• Proven ability to communicate and influence stakeholders across the organization
