Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management or client relations
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Experience with e-commerce, marketing, customer support, or call center roles is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations
• Strong skills in G-Suite or Microsoft Office applications
