Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Success RCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing team of Client Success Managers to enhance member satisfaction and retention
• Implement strategic plans to drive service adoption, improve member experience, and manage client success programs
• Oversee performance metrics, manage escalated member processes, and ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• 3+ years of experience with ambulatory EMR software
• 3+ years of experience leading a team in Account Management or Client Success
• 2+ years of experience supporting small to mid-sized practices
• BA or BS Degree preferred
