Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Director of Client Experience to lead client advocacy and improve onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a robust client experience program in collaboration with internal and external teams
  • Enhance the client onboarding experience and create processes to track client engagement
  • Support the GTM team with ad hoc requirements as needed
Required Qualifications
  • J.D. / B.A. or equivalent
  • 8-10+ years of experience in the legal industry with a focus on client delivery and account management
  • Experience in program management or client experience roles
  • Ability to develop content for clients and market-facing materials
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
