Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in technical account management, consulting, or pre-sales solution architecture at a SaaS company
• Strong understanding of workflow design, data modeling, and schema evaluation
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, automations, and basic scripting
• Familiarity with embedding AI-driven workflows into business processes
• Consultative mindset with the ability to balance strategic guidance and hands-on problem-solving
