Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Solutions Advisor to join their Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the value proposition of solutions and integrate training into customer workflows
• Provide insights to link usage with economic value to promote product adoption
• Develop and deliver training programs and Quarterly Business Reviews to enhance customer engagement

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in account management, client service, or project management roles
• Experience working with Fortune 500 customers and presenting to executive leaders
• Understanding of product development and release practices for enterprise customers
• Experience managing account renewals and driving customer requirements into product management
• Familiarity with support and incident management procedures
