Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Channel & OEM Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for channel partner and OEM growth
• Lead a team to optimize sales efforts and track performance of distribution channels
• Foster relationships with channel partners and manage escalations to ensure alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 7-10 years of experience in channel or distribution management, preferably in healthcare
• Proven experience in managing and growing channel partner networks
• Strong track record of meeting sales targets through indirect sales channels
• Solid understanding of sales enablement tools and performance metrics
