Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or consulting
• MBA or equivalent experience in strategic roles requiring analytical thinking
• Experience in fast-paced operations roles with system building from the ground up
• Strong data fluency and familiarity with forecasting models and operational KPIs
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-functioning teams
