Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account strategies to optimize quality, pricing, and delivery performance
• Manage P&L for strategic accounts and maintain relationships with customers at executive levels
• Oversee contract renewals, customer satisfaction, and ensure execution of client programs to meet key KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of sales/account management experience
• Experience with healthcare OEMs is a plus
• Expert knowledge of operations and customer relationship management
• Understanding of the strategic impact of account management across multiple sites
