Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to develop and nurture client relationships in the employee benefits and healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead relationship development as the primary client-facing strategic partner
• Own and drive the account's Strategic Account Plan, aligning client goals with company value
• Oversee account management activities, ensuring client health and facilitating communication of value

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in client success or account management in employee benefits and healthcare
• Professional experience in a consulting firm, carrier/TPA, or digital health partner
• Foundational knowledge of self-insured medical, Rx, dental, and vision plans
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to support client strategy
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships and maintain long-term partnerships
