Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client concerns and complaints
• Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements and ensure client satisfaction
• Generate reports on escalation trends and assist in developing training materials for clients

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years in a client-facing role within a digital marketing agency or legal services setting
• Expertise in SEO and/or other digital marketing solutions
• Proven experience selling to attorneys or similar practitioners
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
