A company is looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager, Franchise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships to promote retention, growth, and loyalty
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact and manage client expectations from inception to delivery
• Expand revenue in accounts through cross-selling and upsell opportunities while achieving assigned upsell goals

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency supporting franchise clients
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as Paid Search and SEO
• Experience with B2B and B2C clients, particularly in franchise or multi-location marketing
• Proven ability to manage multiple account projects simultaneously and build rapport with clients
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to business development opportunities
