• Manage customer relationships, advocating for their interests and addressing issues to maintain satisfaction
• Lead technical validation aspects of sales opportunities, demonstrating product knowledge and industry expertise

Qualifications:

• Strong background in the automotive industry
• 8+ years of experience as a technical SME supporting enterprise software solutions
• Knowledge of enterprise software, implementation, and governance
• Educational background in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• PTC Solutions knowledge and experience preferred
