About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of services for our Strategic Clients, including top-tier consultancies. This role will focus on optimising integration with client platforms and enhancing workflows for key services like Expert Interviews, Surveys, and related assets such as Transcripts and Recordings.

In this position, you’ll blend technical product management, project leadership, and strategic relationship-building skills. You’ll be at the forefront of our client relationships, collaborating directly with both internal and client technical teams to drive results and ensure successful integrations and partnerships.

Key areas of impact include:

  • Guiding API development to streamline Dialectica-Client platform interactions.
  • Collaborating with internal and third-party engineering teams to maintain high service standards.
  • Advocating for additional capabilities from Dialectica’s product teams to strengthen Strategic Client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Define and execute a strategy for Strategic Client integrations, working with senior leadership and VPs of key accounts.
    • Inspire and align the development team with clear objectives, emphasising value delivery for our Strategic Clients.
  • Relationship Management
    • Partner closely with account managers to prioritise and address client needs.
    • Engage directly with client development teams to set, manage, and exceed expectations.
    • Foster true collaborative partnerships, positioning Dialectica as a trusted advisor for client success.
  • Product Development
    • Drive ongoing enhancement of our platform’s feature set, ensuring Dialectica remains a valuable partner through optimised performance and innovative features.
  • Project Management
    • Collaborate with Tech and Program Management teams to deliver on client requirements, ensuring smooth project execution and clarity of outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Implement robust feedback loops with clients and internal users to improve satisfaction, engagement, and service quality.

About you

You are a proactive, technically adept product manager with a strong understanding of the Expert Network Services and broader Information Services industries. You excel at balancing technical needs with client relationship goals and have a track record of success in platform integrations and API development.

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a data-driven, technology-focused organisation.
  • Proven experience leading technical products, projects, and teams.
  • Deep understanding of strategic consultancy processes and analysis.
