Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deputy Program Manager to support the execution of learning and development contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in coordinating day-to-day project activities and managing resource allocation
• Act as a liaison between project teams and senior management while ensuring compliance with federal contract requirements
• Oversee project milestones to ensure timely completion of objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of program management experience, including 3+ years in federal contract environments
• Strong background in instructional design project coordination and resource management
• Experience with project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and federal reporting requirements
• Knowledge of federal training standards and Adult Learning principles (ADDIE, SAM methodology)
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance for government contract work
