Product Manager

Product Manager (Hybrid)

We are hiring our first Product Manager to take ownership of our products and create seamless, impactful user experiences that champion data privacy. You will turn user insights into actionable steps, develop product specifications, wireframe designs, and manage feature launches for products like the Leo Wallet, our privacy-centric solution on the Aleo blockchain. This hybrid role, based in Oakland, requires in-office presence a few days per week. The position demands adaptability and a results-driven approach, reporting directly to the Director of Product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and Prioritize Product Roadmap: Collaborate with leadership to set product priorities that enhance user experience.

  • Lead Product Development: Oversee the lifecycle from ideation to launch, focusing on privacy-compliant solutions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design and engineering to ensure product specifications are clearly understood and implemented.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to inform decisions, focusing on key usability metrics.

  • Market Research: Track industry trends, competition, and user needs to inform product strategies.

  • Product Documentation: Oversee specifications, user guides, and release notes for team-wide clarity.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience, ideally in fintech, blockchain, or privacy-focused tech.

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution.

  • Impact-driven, with a quantitative mindset and an agile, problem-solving approach.

  • Scrappy - you’re willing to do whatever it takes.

  • Direct product management experience a plus but not required
