Job Summary

A company is looking for a Defense and Government Travel Consultant II (experienced) to provide exceptional travel services.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and complete travel arrangements including air, hotel, car, and rail
• Ensure reservations meet client standards and preferences while acting as a trusted advisor
• Handle a variety of bookings and resolve any issues that arise before or during travel

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or 5 years in a customer service role
• Advanced knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre or Amadeus)
• A genuine passion for high-quality customer service
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to government client requirements
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
