Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage requests for services from providers by working with hospitals, clinics, and the clinical team
• Schedule peer-to-peer communications between facilities and medical directors through incoming calls and emails
• Resolve inquiries from providers and perform other assigned duties

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
• Availability to work between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for occasional overtime or weekends
