Role Description: The Regional Manager has strategic responsibilities for managing HR and mobility operations within their assigned region, Typically has a minimum of 10-12 years of HR and mobility experience, with significant experience as a Team Lead minimum of 2 years.

  • Capacity planning and workforce management & AOP.

  • Setting up regional goals and OKRs and ensuring the achievement of company and team goals.

  • Providing accurate reporting to the Global Lead for workforce management and capacity planning.

  • Managing the final stages of hiring and negotiating job offers.

  • Managing regional compensation and overseeing successful training completion for new team members.

  • Addressing employee complaints and ensuring the quality of communication and solutions for their team members.

  • Maintaining global culture and environment within the team.

  • Overseeing day-to-day operation. job performance for the team and conducting individual performance reviews and reports on metrics.

Promotion Factors: Regional Manager to Senior Regional Manager:

  • Managing managers and more senior individuals successfully.

  • Proven ability to manage HR regional functions and managing managers, including capacity planning, workforce management, and compensation.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to implement successful training and succession plans.

  • Driving and overseeing cross-functional and team improvements; strong team performance and development.
