Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to join their Global Deal Desk team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on deal structuring, pricing, and contract management to the Sales field and Customer Success
• Ensure efficient deal processing and compliance with company policies while drafting and finalizing contracts
• Address day-to-day queries from Sales and Account Management teams regarding quoting tools and support process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• 4-year college degree
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a Deal Desk role within a SaaS company
• Experience supporting global or multinational customers and deals
• Strong understanding of deal support topics such as pricing and contracting
• Proficiency with computer applications, including Google Suite and CRM systems
