Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Strategy & Operations Sr. Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the comprehensive data strategy that powers Customer Success automation and scale
• Program manage the cross-functional data pipeline program, ensuring business requirements are captured and delivered
• Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams across initiatives and product areas, ensuring milestones are delivered on time

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in data strategy, business operations, or data program management roles
• 7+ years of experience within SaaS, with exposure to Customer Success, Product, or Services Operations
• Strong understanding of customer telemetry data, data pipelines, and business intelligence use cases
• Proven track record in program management, leading multi-stakeholder initiatives from design through delivery
