Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data annotation systems and processes
• Lead and manage internal and external data annotation teams to ensure high-quality outputs
• Define and maintain data annotation processes, including SOPs and workflows for distributed teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in leading data annotation or labeling operations
• Proven track record of building data annotation processes from scratch
• 2+ years of experience managing data annotation teams
• Experience in defining data annotation processes and audit mechanisms
• Knowledge of quality scoring frameworks and QA loop design
