The Lead Behavior Interventionist is responsible for delivering home-based behavior interventions and overseeing support services for adults with developmental disabilities living independently within the community. In addition to delivering direct support, this role involves coordinating training, offering ongoing guidance to behavior technicians, and assisting with behavior assessments and data analysis, all under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or a qualified Licensed Clinician and the Regional Program Manager. This role requires expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, excellent patient care skills, and strong data collection and analysis abilities.
