This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Senior Marketing Manager. In this role, you will lead the marketing efforts across various channels and strategies, significantly impacting our brand presence and customer engagement.
The Role
This Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the team, of content, events and outbound marketeers. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing CV-Library’s and Resume Library’s overall marketing strategy, focusing on driving business growth and achieving marketing objectives through various channels and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, coach, manage and develop cross-functional team of multi-discipline marketers
- Ensure ownership of delivery is clearly cascaded through the team
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across ATL, digital, email, social media, events, and other relevant channels.
- Optimise campaigns for maximum ROI, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to refine strategies and tactics.
- Lead the development and execution of content strategies that support lead gen and sales conversion/retention, and candidate attraction and conversion across CVL and RL.
- Manage the team to own the website copy (once we have ability to optimise) and ensure every page is working hard to support conversion of leads and candidate action.
- Manage the team and oversee delivery of content and freelance support to support SEO requirements.
- Manage the content team and ensure the right prioritisation of effort to meet the business needs and that all content output is deliberate and purposeful.
- Influence the design team to ensure high quality, engaging creatives that support lead gen and candidate acquisition objectives.
- Manage a team to drive lead generation efforts for CVL and RL using inbound and outbound tactics, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Optimise lead generation efforts across multiple channels – email, digital marketing, event activation - measuring and enhancing the effectiveness and conversion rates throughout.
- Design and implement lead nurturing programs to convert prospects into qualified leads and customers.
- Manage and grow the data pool of prospects to support that will enable us to drive lead generation, partnerships and sponsorship for the US, UK and rest of the world.
- Explore opportunities to build brand awareness in UK, US and Ireland, including partner marketing, media partnerships and sponsorship.
- Build strategy based on business strategy aligned to strategic sector focus.
- Manage events executive and oversee all event planning and delivery (external and internal).
- Develop and maintain a robust event strategy – covering straight attendance, sponsorship, exhibiting and activation - with plan aligned to business objectives, ROI and budget.
- Track, analyse, and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, campaign performance, ROI).
- Use insights from data to continuously improve marketing initiatives and drive results.
