Job Overview:
We’re helping our client, a fast-growing eCommerce company in the beauty/skincare industry, find a Performance Creative Specialist to drive creative campaigns across multiple platforms. We’re looking for a strategically creative leader who can drive the full campaign lifecycle, from ideation and creative production to optimization and scaling based on performance insights. This role is focused on creativity first, with a strong emphasis on conversion. The ideal candidate will blend creative vision with data-driven decisions to ensure our content not only resonates with our target audience but also delivers strong performance across paid channels, balancing 70% creative thinking with 30% data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Creative Strategy & Execution: Lead end-to-end creative ideation and execution across paid platforms like Meta, YouTube, Google, and other platforms, ensuring every asset is optimized for maximum conversion impact;
- Scriptwriting & Content Development: Write ad scripts, ideate creative concepts and develop video and static assets that resonate with target audiences and achieve high engagement;
- Creative Testing & Optimization: Lead structures creative testing roadmaps, iterating on hooks, messaging, visuals, formats and placements to optimize performance based on key metrics like CTR, CVR, and hook rate;
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside media buyers to ensure assets are aligned with audience targeting and budget goals and campaign objectives;
- Landing Page Optimization: Support landing page creation and A/B testing for end-to-end funnel optimization;
- Data-Driven Creativity: Understand ad performance metrics like a media buyer but apply them like a creative, refine creative strategies, ensuring data-backed decisions drive ongoing creative evolution and campaign scaling.
- 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a similar role with a focus on creative excellence;
- Experience developing high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms;
- Experience running creative testing programs and optimizing content for conversion;
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights for creative improvements;
- Experience in landing page optimization and A/B testing, with a focus on full-funnel conversion;
- Experience working in the DTC eCommerce industry, ideally within beauty/skincare brands.
