Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1+ years' experience in customer service in a retail, restaurant, or similar environment
  • BA preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Windows and MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of surplus lines tax filing is a plus
