Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative II.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction with the auto loan refinance experience
• Contact customers post-funding to assess their experience and provide necessary information
• Handle inbound calls and perform quality assurance on loan specialists' calls

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, or Marketing
• Experience in customer service, telemarketing, quality assurance, or inside sales is helpful
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
• High level of personal motivation, professionalism, and integrity required
