Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients during the Hypercare phase to achieve immediate results and drive early success
• Manage client relationships to promote retention and turn customers into advocates
• Provide strategic mentorship and insights to influence product innovation and client success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Biomedical Data Management, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
• Strong working experience with Machine Learning tools and frameworks
• Computational proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Bash
• Prior experience working directly with clients and partners in the life sciences or clinical research industries
