Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, SaaS/renewables (Remote in United States).

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers as their main point of contact
• Guide customers through successful onboarding and ensure they fully utilize product features
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive account growth and enhance the customer experience

Required Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in SCADA and EMS technologies, with experience in managing and troubleshooting SCADA networks
• Demonstrated experience in servicing large, complex customers
• Ability to analyze customer data and draw actionable insights for improvement
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in strategic programs or commercial relationship management
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences
