Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Growth Consultant (CSM) to drive the success of ambitious entrepreneurs in their Growth Partner Accelerator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct personalized video consultations and create tailored action plans for clients
  • Manage a portfolio of around 40 clients, providing ongoing support and strategic guidance
  • Oversee the client experience, implementing improvements and resolving challenges to ensure client success


Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in growing, coaching, or consulting businesses
  • Preferred background as ex-agency owners or extensive experience in digital marketing and sales
  • Passionate about continuous learning and professional development
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Strong coaching skills to hold clients accountable and provide actionable feedback
