Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the post-sales journey for assigned accounts, ensuring product adoption and renewals
  • Manage a high-volume book of business supporting over 250 accounts and process renewals within SFDC
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, manage at-risk situations, and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a relevant customer-facing role
  • 1+ years of software experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in managing renewal and negotiation conversations
  • Professional presence with the ability to understand and present customer needs effectively
