Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal MotoSport Gearhead to provide exceptional customer service in the powersports industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level service to customers via phone, chat, and email
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order issues, and general support
• Participate in problem-solving and maintain customer relationships

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the Powersports industry preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum six months of customer service/sales experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Dirt Bike, ATV/UTV, and/or Street Bike products required
• Solid skills with Microsoft Office applications
