• Lead the Customer First and Communications teams to ensure operational excellence and strategic alignment
• Serve as a subject matter expert on complex customer issues and make impactful decisions
• Support the transition to Microsoft Dynamics for improved Customer Relationship Management and align workflows with business needs

• Experience in customer strategy and analytics management
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborations
• Strong background in data-driven decision-making
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics
• Ability to coach and mentor team members effectively
