Application Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Technician to enhance and support software systems for accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 support for accounting and business applications
• Coordinate application upgrades, patches, and maintenance events
• Document technical procedures and maintain strong relationships with vendor support teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience providing infrastructure support
• Preferred degree or relevant certifications
• Knowledge of mailflow and domain configuration
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Active Directory
• Experience with Intune and Cisco Meraki networking components
