Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Trainee.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and build trust with policy customers by addressing their unique needs
• Offer additional products to customers while providing excellent service
• Complete training to gain a solid base of insurance knowledge for effective customer support

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
• A minimum of two years post-secondary education
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Commitment to complete a 15 to 20-week training program
• Must be eligible to work remotely
