A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and complete support tickets from customers and other departments
  • Work closely with customers to provide accurate answers and expectations for deliverables
  • Research and assess issues, proposing solutions and collaborating with development on enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in technical support engineering
  • Experience working with Linux and Bash command line
  • Ability to utilize tools and scripts for problem research and root cause identification
  • Experience in FinTech or the payment industry is appreciated
  • Rails console experience is a major plus
