Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Customer Service Support Representative to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, averaging 50-60 calls per day
• Follow standard operating procedures to resolve denied claims and provide necessary information
• Evaluate current policies and SOPs for potential process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of work experience required
• Previous call center and customer service experience strongly preferred
• Previous medical experience strongly preferred
• Technical requirements include a minimum internet download speed of 50 Mbps and no satellite internet
