Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist callers by understanding their questions/issues and gathering necessary information
• Coordinate with internal resources and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution
• Document caller interactions and provide solutions or alternatives to enhance caller experience

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in a related environment utilizing phones and computers
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
• Health care experience with primary/specialty appointments or health plans
